Pre-Design Services
Kleissler P C, LLC performs engineering studies of industrial dust producing operations; surveys include ambient dust level testing. Observations of dusting patterns and operator protocol are included in a detailed report documenting findings, recommended solutions, and cost estimates.
System Audits
System audits include a detailed study of existing dust containment systems necessary to submit a report recommending needed system maintenance and new enhancements that will improve system performance.
Dust Level Testing
Personal and area dust level sampling is performed before and after a system installation to determine effectiveness of system performance. Testing protocol is developed with customer industrial hygienist. A report showing results is submitted after testing.
Airflow Modeling
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is a powerful computer-based modeling tool for the analysis of gaseous flows. KPC engineers use CFD to design and evaluate our products and systems. KPC caan also provide CFD based services and field observations to evaluate the effectiveness of an existing system.
Training and Education
Training sessions are offered for operators at the time of a KPC system installation. KPC also conducts seminars on LEV (local exhaust ventilation) for managers, engineers and production personnel.
